In this special workshop, I invite you to dive into your inner world. At the beginning, you intuitively choose two oil pastels in different colors, stand in front of your canvas with your eyes closed, and begin to draw – with both hands at the same time. No thinking, no plan. Guided by what arises from within.
When you feel that the moment pauses, that something is complete – you open your eyes. You look at your painting from all sides, rotate it, let it speak to you. Then you begin to explore: what do you see? What is revealing itself to you? In what is emerging, there is no right or wrong. Turn off your mind, relax, and let your feelings guide you.
We work with acrylic paint – a wonderfully versatile material. It dries quickly, the colors are vivid and intense. It allows you to build layer by layer – transparent or strong, soft or textured. You can paint with brushes, your hands, or a palette knife – everything is allowed.
Throughout the entire workshop, I am by your side – intuitively accompanying you and supporting you whenever you need it. All materials are included in the price – you don’t need to bring anything except yourself and an open heart.

In diesem besonderen Workshop lade ich dich ein, in deine innere Welt einzutauchen. Zu Beginn wählst du intuitiv zwei verschiedenfarbige Ölpastellkreiden aus, stellst dich mit geschlossenen Augen vor deine Leinwand und beginnst zu zeichnen – mit beiden Händen gleichzeitig. Ohne Nachdenken, ohne Plan. Geführt von dem, was aus deinem Inneren kommt.
Wenn du das Gefühl hast, dass der Moment innehält, dass etwas vollendet ist – öffnest du die Augen. Du betrachtest dein Bild von allen Seiten, drehst es, lässt es zu dir sprechen. Dann beginnst du zu erforschen: Was siehst du? Was zeigt sich dir? In dem, was entsteht, gibt es kein Richtig oder Falsch. Schalte den Kopf aus, entspanne dich, lass deine Gefühle dich führen.
Wir arbeiten mit Acrylfarben – einem wunderbar vielseitigen Material. Sie trocknen schnell, die Farben sind lebendig und intensiv. Sie ermöglichen dir, Schicht für Schicht zu malen – transparent oder kraftvoll, sanft oder strukturiert. Du malst mit Pinseln, mit den Händen oder mit der Malspachtel – alles ist erlaubt.
Während des gesamten Workshops bin ich an deiner Seite – ich begleite dich intuitiv und unterstütze dich, wann immer du es brauchst. Das gesamte Material ist im Preis inbegriffen – du brauchst nichts mitzubringen außer dir selbst und einem offenen Herzen.

In questo workshop speciale ti invito a immergerti nel tuo mondo interiore. All’inizio scegli intuitivamente due pastelli a olio di colori diversi, ti metti davanti alla tela con gli occhi chiusi e inizi a disegnare – con entrambe le mani allo stesso tempo. Senza pensare, senza un piano. Guidata/o da ciò che nasce da dentro.
Quando senti che il momento si ferma, che qualcosa è compiuto – apri gli occhi. Osservi il tuo disegno da ogni angolazione, lo giri, lo lasci parlarti. Poi inizi a esplorare: cosa vedi? Cosa ti si mostra? In ciò che nasce non esiste giusto o sbagliato. Spegni la mente, rilassati, lascia che siano le tue emozioni a guidarti.
Lavoriamo con colori acrilici – un materiale meravigliosamente versatile. Si asciugano rapidamente, i colori sono vivi e intensi. Ti permettono di lavorare a strati – in modo trasparente o deciso, delicato o strutturato. Dipingi con pennelli, con le mani o con la spatola – tutto è permesso.
Durante tutto il workshop sarò al tuo fianco – ti accompagno in modo intuitivo e ti sostengo quando ne hai bisogno. Tutti i materiali sono inclusi nel prezzo – non devi portare nulla, solo te stessa/o e un cuore aperto.

Na ovoj posebnoj radionici pozivam te da zaroniš u svoj unutarnji svijet. Na početku intuitivno odabireš dvije uljne pastele različitih boja, staješ zatvorenih očiju ispred svog platna i počinješ crtati – objema rukama istovremeno. Bez razmišljanja, bez plana. Vođena/vođen onim što dolazi iznutra.
Kad osjetiš da je trenutak zaustavljen, da je nešto završeno – otvaraš oči. Promatraš svoju sliku sa svih strana, okrećeš je, puštaš je da ti priča. Tada počinješ istraživati: što vidiš, što ti se pokazuje? U tome što nastaje, nema točnog ni pogrešnog. Isključi um, opusti se, pusti osjećaje da te vode.
Radimo s akrilnim bojama – čudesno svestranim materijalom. Suše se brzo, boje su žive i intenzivne. Omogućuju ti da radiš sloj po sloj, prozirno ili snažno, nježno ili teksturirano. Slikaš kistovima, rukama ili špatulom – sve je dopušteno.
Tijekom cijele radionice sam uz tebe – intuitivno te pratim i podržavam kad god ti zatreba. Sav materijal uključen je u cijenu – ne moraš donijeti ništa osim sebe i otvorenog srca.
Zašto baš ova radionica?
Jer je to poziv da osjetiš sebe. Jer tvoja duša govori kroz boje. Jer ovdje smiješ stvarati bez pritiska i savršenstva. Ova radionica je za svakoga tko traži dublju povezanost sa sobom, tko žudi za unutarnjim mirom, izražavanjem i prisutnošću.
