5.1 Withdrawal by the seller: The seller is entitled to withdraw from the execution of events in individual cases if the execution of the event is canceled or terminated after exhausting all possibilities, if this is not reasonable because the booking volume for this event is so low that the costs incurred in relation to this event would mean exceeding the economic sacrifice limit or make it impossible to carry out the event for important reasons (e.g. force majeure, short-term illness of the event leader). In this case, any event fees already paid by the customer shall be reimbursed in full by the seller. Liability and compensation claims or further claims by the customer are excluded in all cases.
5.2 Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of other services in connection with leisure activities, for example, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of such services. The Zanasuart events offered by the seller are such services from the field of leisure activities on a specific date or period. Each booking of a Zanasuart event shall therefore be legally binding upon acceptance by the Seller and shall be subject to acceptance and payment. Any possibility of rebooking granted as a gesture of goodwill in accordance with Section 6 shall remain unaffected.
5.2.2 Right of withdrawal for the purchase of goods
The right of withdrawal explained below therefore only applies to the purchase of goods that are available directly in the online store. The goods must be returned to the sender in perfect, NOT used condition and in the original packaging. There is NO right of withdrawal for personalized goods and goods that have been specially made according to the buyer’s wishes. Otherwise, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent by e-mail to zanasuart@gmail.com. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer
5.2.3 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
6 Rebooking or cancellation of Zanasuart events by the customer
6.1 Booking a Zanasuart event only entitles the Customer to participate in the specific event booked. The Customer shall not be entitled to rebook or cancel a booked Zanasuart event. 6.2 However, the Seller shall allow its customers to rebook in individual cases as a gesture of goodwill. Rebooking requests must be sent to the Seller by e-mail to zanasuart@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the start of the event. The approval of a rebooking is decided on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of the seller
7 Change of service
7.1 The Seller is entitled to make changes to the content of booked Zanasuart events, provided that the changes are not significant, are necessary and do not significantly affect the overall content of the Zanasuart events. An insignificant change exists, for example, if the leading artist has to be replaced because the artist has fallen ill, if the location has to be changed for organizational reasons or if the time of a Zanasuart event is postponed by a maximum of one hour for organizational reasons.
7.2 In the event of a significant change in the essential content of the booked Zanasuart event, the Customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract with the Seller and, at its own discretion, either to rebook the event to another date free of charge or to demand a refund of the purchase price paid. 7.3 In the event of a rebooking, the respective difference in price between the Zanasuart events shall be refunded or compensated by the Customer.
8 Delivery of tickets
8.1 The order confirmation sent to the Customer by e-mail shall be deemed to be a ticket for a Zanasuart event. This means that no delivery is made by the seller and no shipping costs are incurred by the buyer. 8.2 The Customer shall receive the order confirmation for a Zanasuart event after the booking process.
9 Warranty
9.1 The Seller shall be liable for defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. Warranty claims regarding the artistic design are excluded.
9.2 Minor deviations from the product illustrations are possible. This may be due to customary deviations in color, structure and surfaces caused by the materials and manufacturing methods used, as well as the respective lighting conditions at the time the image was taken, the resolution of the image and the screen settings or the inaccuracy that may arise. These deviations do not constitute a material defect and do not justify any warranty rights
10 Liability
10.1 The seller shall be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions. Liability for guarantees is independent of fault. The Seller shall only be liable for slight negligence in accordance with the provisions of the Product Liability Act, for injury to life, limb or health or for breach of material contractual obligations. However, the claim for damages for the slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, unless liability is assumed for injury to life, limb or health. The organizer shall be liable to the same extent for the fault of vicarious agents and representatives.
10.2 The seller shall not be liable for accidents during events and on the routes to and from the events. 10.3 The seller is not liable for theft of any kind. No liability is assumed for valuables brought along.
10.4 The seller accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to property occurring during or outside the events.
10.5 In the case of underage participants, the customer (= legal guardian) is liable for their children in the event of personal injury and damage to property.
